Select Reports - local UI
Turns on multi-select mode in the table. It does not change Firestore and does not download files by itself.
DB Export - download
Downloads the current application database export in the format you choose. This is a file export action.
Ref Sheet - open link
Opens the Google Sheet reference workbook for the selected location. For master admin, select one location in the Location filter first.
DB Sheet - open link
Opens the main Google Sheet database used for report synchronization. It does not export or rebuild anything.
Rebuild DB - remote rebuild
Runs a Firebase Cloud Function that imports pending Google Sheets rows and rebuilds database tabs. It does not download Excel.
Sync Refs - remote import
Runs a Firebase Cloud Function that imports Wells, Personnel, Transport, and Tools from location reference Google Sheets into Firestore/public refs.
Run Backup - remote save
Runs a Firebase Cloud Function that saves a JSON backup of Firestore reports to Firebase Cloud Storage. It does not download a file.
Row buttons - downloads/actions
Report row export buttons download one report file. Load/Edit/Delete affect the selected report record according to your access level.
